Ground FlooThe villa has been built on 2 floors to the highest standards using only the best available materials Air Conditioned throughout the villa also has blinds to all windows offering an alternative means of keeping the villa cool during the long hot summer Large balconies to front and rear of the first floor offer an ideal area to take your ease and enjoy the wonderful views whilst enjoying a long or short if you prefer cool drink The large ground floor patios which are furnished with top quality table and chairs are ideal for al fresco meals and are sufficient for 8 people to dine together Around the larger than average pool sun loungers and umbrellas are provided Getting into the pool can be by the Roman steps at the shallow end or via the ladder steps at the deep end A Welcome Pack is provided which contains all the basic immediate needs so that you dont have to head for the supermarket immediately on arrival Maid service is provided on a once a week basis in addition a vacuum cleaner mop brushes bucket iron ironing board and some detergents etc are provided so that you can keep your holiday home and clothing neat and tidy For our younger guests we provide a cot and a high chair Ample bedding and towels for normal use are also supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels with you r The spacious L shaped living area consists of lounge and dining area to seat 8 Both are both furnished to the highest standards including a sofa bed for use if 8 persons are in residence To the front large French Windows open onto a spacious patio whilst to the back lies the Kitchen which has every appliance you could wish for including microwave oven halogen hob electric ovengrill fridgefreezer washing machine dishwasher etc There is also a cloakroom near the back door with wash basin WC For your entertainment the living room is equipped with TV SKY TV available DVD Player bring your favourite DVDs with you Music Centre CD Player Radio as well as fast broadband Internet connection First Floor 3 Bedrooms consisting of Master bedroom with double bed ensuite power shower and balcony one further double bedded room with private balcony and one twin bedroom All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for your added comfort Also on this level is a Family bathroom equipped with bath and power shower over

This beautifully appointed villa is situated in a private boulevard close to the amenities of Coral Bay in the District of Paphos an area noted for its scenic beauty and archaeological interest The villa is a mere 10 minute walk from both the amenities of the town of Coral Bay and the magnificent sandy beaches of the area yet only 20 minutes drive from the town of Paphos and a mere 35 minutes from the International Airport The town of Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants bars most equipped with large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial surroundings supermarkets bank pharmacy and doctors surgery as well as jewellers souvenir shops and a local taxi service En route to the village a 10 minute walk you will pass one of the best beaches in the Paphos District which is one of the few in the area which has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag for its high standards of cleanliness and safety Within 5 minutes walk is the Coral Beach hotel opposite which is the best supermarket in Coral bay Also close by is a selection of 4 or 5 Tavernas restaurants The villa is set in 1300 sq mtrs of beautiful landscaped gardens with magnificent sea views to the front and breathtaking mountain scenery to the rear The area is quiet being surrounded by Citrus and banana plantations but although secluded the wonders of the Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos mountains are close by The Akamas is a paradise for all who have an interest in Natural History being a World Heritage designated Wilderness Site a place where the Flora and Fauna have evolved without chemical interference from man In the Troodos range during the Winter season you can go and ski or snowboard in the morning then sun bathe or swim in the sea back in Coral Bay in the afternoon
