Sleeping six guests, and providing dog-friendly accommodation, the airy retreat is set across the first and second floors of a waterfront property between Aberdyfi and Penhelig. It nestles at the bottom of Eryri, also known as Snowdonia National Park and is 0.5 metres from the main sandy beach at Aberdyfi and 20 metres from the river shore. Make your way up to your apartment via the exterior steps and enter to find sun-soaked accommodation. From the hall, wander through to the light lounge/diner to look out over the water. Settle on the comfortable seating in front of the TV or pull a chair up to the table and enjoy a cup of tea. Take a step down into the kitchen/diner when it is time to prepare the next home-cooked meal. Another table can be found in here, together with everything you might need to help you cater for your party with the Welsh produce you have bought on your last trip out. A utility room and family shower room are also on this floor, along with one of your bedrooms, a twin, which is accessed by taking another step down. The top floor of the apartment features two double bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with underfloor heating. There is no outside space with this apartment but you can cross the road to walk beside the river. Strike out into picturesque Eryri to follow scenic footpaths and discover beauty spots. Llyn Barfog or the Bearded Lake is 4 miles from your base and is an attractive place to hike out to. Pick up the Wales Coast Path in Aberdyfi and walk 4 miles along the beach beside beautiful Bae Ceredigion to Tywyn.
