The vibrant village pub is close by too. You enter the cottage through the back door accessed via the courtyard garden which leads you into a well-appointed kitchen. There s an electric double oven and hob microwave fridge and freezer and washing machine. After a long day out exploring the area the open-plan lounge/dining area offers two comfortable sofas and an armchair positioned in front of the electric feature fireplace and TV so cosy up unwind and watch your favourite programme of an evening. The dining area has a table and four chairs and there s a pine dresser for storage too. Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with ample storage space for your clothes and personal items. The master bedroom has a solid pine double bed with sprung memory foam mattress and the remaining two rooms are singles again with sprung memory foam mattresses. One bedroom has a trundle pull-out bed so can be a twin room if required. All bedrooms have use of a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The enclosed courtyard garden area is a pleasant area to relax perhaps with a drink or two and is also a great place to dine alfresco with the garden furniture provided. Parking for the property is behind the cottage in a designated spot for one car. There is on-street parking close by (subject to availability). The village offers easy access to the very best of North Norfolk. Stroll or cycle along pretty countryside lanes to Overstrand (1 mile) with cliff top walks and a wide sandy beach. Cromer (3.5 miles) offers something for everyone with the pavilion theatre on the pier traditional amusements crazy golf and Amazona Zoo along with award-winning fish and chips. It s one of the few places on the East Coast where you can watch the sun rise and set over the sea in the spring and summer months. The town of Sheringham (8.5 miles) hosts the North Norfolk Railway which sees historic steam trains trundle through the county s most stunning coastal scenery to the Georgian town of Holt which has an array of independent boutique shops cafes pubs restaurants and art galleries.
