Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, smart TV, WiFi. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Ample free parking in the yard. Courtyard area with furniture and use of a shared lawned garden (Shared with Trevenning Barn another holiday cottage on the grounds). One pet welcome at owners discretion, £20 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: No children over 2.
