Ground floor apartment, over one floor, Two bedrooms: 1 x double-size bed with en-suite jacuzzi bath and shower-over, wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x shower room with wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, forward facing lawn, side terrace and enclosed rear terrace.

Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Sky+ package in the living area, TV with Freeview in both bedrooms, DVD player with selection of DVDs, iPod dock and CD player, Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair provided; we request that guests provide their own cot bedding. Off-road parking for one car, forward facing lawn, side terrace and enclosed rear terrace, outside furniture including BBQ, table and chairs. Pet friendly, no smoking.
