Enter the property and step into the lounge/kitchen/diner, with picture window overlooking the river. After a day of exploring the area relax on the sofas, enjoy the views or light the wood burner and watch a film on the TV/DVD, doors lead out onto the balcony making the most of the view. Gather around the table, enjoy a meal together and plan your holiday activities. Head through to the kitchen, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, smeg fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and Nespresso machine. Heading up to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms there is a king-size with en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower and WC, and a twin. Both have uninterrupted river views, fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach below. Also on this level is a family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside, from the lounge you access the balcony with table and chairs, enjoy your morning coffee or a meal outdoors while taking in the lovely river views. Steep stairs lead directly from here down onto the beach, the property also has the added benefit of being located just a few steps the from the quay.
