Guests are politely requested to bring their own towels for the Hot tub. There is gas central heating with a gas fire and woodburning stove. The kitchen is where you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The property additionally hosts a Smart TV, two TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are also included, apart from the hit tub.. Sorry, no pets or smoking is allowed at the annex. Please note that the master bedroom is open-plan with the en-suite shower facilities. The property is adjoined to the owner's home, please consider this when booking.
