All ground floor. Six bedrooms: 2 x king-size double (one with TV), 2 x double (one with TV), 1 x twin, 1 x twin with 3 x single and 2 x single (suitable for children up to 10). Two bathrooms with bath, basin and WC. Wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for hot tub and woodburning stoves. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Bike storage. Spacious garden with wood-fired hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Fishing available on land. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage and stabling can be arranged at additional cost through the owner. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isn't pot holed or rutted. Note: The tables in the dining room and kitchen can be combined to seat 10-12 people.Please note the wood burning hot tub can take up to 5 hours to heat up and needs to started and maintained by yourself during your stay, you need to stay with the fire once it is lit.
