Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for hot tub and stove supplied. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with wood-fired hot tub and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: Fishing available on land. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage and stabling can be arranged at additional cost through the owner. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isn?t pot holed or rutted. Please note the wood burning hot tub can take up to 4 hours to heat up and needs to started and maintained by yourself during your stay, you need to stay with the fire once it is lit.
