Fuel, power and fire/stove inc (starter pack for the fire/stove is supplied for bookings between October-March) in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated off-road parking for 2 cars in private area, parking accessed next to cottage through farm parking area (not working area). Secure bike storage. 6 persons hot-tub available. Access to sheltered courtyard which leads to a gravelled private pergola area with seating for 6. Two well-behaved dogs over 6 months welcome at no additional charge. This is a no smoking property. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Catering can be arranged on request. Note: This property does not accept any parties or events. Please note: There is no EV charging at this property, Nearest EV charging is 3.5 miles on outskirts of Barnard Castle. Please Note: From November check in is on a Friday as a minimum of 3 days.
