Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Private lawned garden with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2.4 miles. Please note: The bedrooms together sleep six guests in total, and there is a sofa bed available to accommodate a further two guests. Please note: This property is located beneath Lady Pond Retreat (1051369) which sleeps up to 10 guests, together sleeping up to 18 guests. For bookings made from the 16th June 2021 onwards there will be a £200 good housekeeping bond pre authorised on your payment card. Please Note : All outside noise is to stop at 10.00pm out of respect for the neighbouring properties, the hot tub therefore can not be used after 10.00pm either thank you. Please Note: No stag or hen parties allowed. Note free carp fishing available on the owners private lake which is located directly opposite the property
