The Matlock Bath illuminations and firework display are especially popular in autumn. Just a short drive away will take you to the nearby picturesque market town of Bakewell which lies in the heart of the Peak District National Park and offers a fantastic place for meandering through the various shops, cafes and restaurants.

You enter into this bright, airy and spacious property arriving into a small hallway which leads into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The chef of the party can rustle up a meal for guests who can sit at the island and discuss the day they had and the adventures ahead over a nice meal and a drink. Heading over to the lounge area you can’t help but admire the original gothic arched windows that provide natural light and this provides the perfect backdrop to where you can relax on the two comfortable sofas and put the smart TV on where you can watch your favourite shows or catch a good film on Netflix.
