About Vista Del Mar - Coastal Charm

The pretty fishing village of Appledore offers plenty to see and do for all ages, and is home to a number of restaurants, shops, pubs, galleries and even its own Maritime Museum. Ferries run across the estuary to Instow, with its beach, or alternatively you can walk along the coast path to either Bideford or Westward Ho!, which is home to another stunning and sandy beach. Other attractions nearby include The Big Sheep, Lundy Island, Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor and the Milky Way Adventure Park.

On entering this reverse-level three-storey house on the top floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: one king-size, with DAB clock-radio with USB charging, one bunk bedroom, and a family bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.. Going down to the middle floor you will find the attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a Smart TV/DVD, the inviting lounge is an ideal space for relaxation. The elegant dining area is ideally situated. Heading over to the stylish kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. On the lower ground floor, there is a master zip-and-link super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into twin beds on request), with TV/DVD and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. The washer/dryer is situated in a lobby next to the en-suite bathroom. Doors lead out from the master bedroom onto the enclosed patio area.

Stepping outside, there is a small entrance patio at the front of the property and an enclosed patio area at the rear with garden furniture, which is perfect for relaxing in the evening. A BBQ is available to use during peak season. There is parking for one car on the adjacent driveway, while there is additional off-road parking for another car approximately 50 yards away. Roadside parking is also available. The driveway has a secure bike rail for easy storage.
