Central heating. Microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with outdoor heated pool. One well-behaved dog welcome, £20 per week, sorry no cats. No smoking. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening. Note: Check-in time is 5pm. Note: Use of the pool will be by allocated time only whilst social distancing is in place. Note: Due to swimming pool, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is no smoking allowed onsite except within the designated smoking area. Note: Unfortunately electric cars cannot be charged on site but there is a charging point 4 minutes drive away (Tesco)
