About Riverside Retreat - Seaside Charm

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area close to the popular market town of Bideford. A short stroll along the riverside will bring you to the centre of town, where you will find a choice of shops and pubs as well as a pannier market. A short drive takes you to the seaside resort of Westward Ho! where 2 miles of sandy beach and an array of seaside attractions provide endless entertainment for all ages. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for with the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail within easy reach, both offering spectacular sea views. Other nearby attractions include Croyde, Woolacombe, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.

Step inside the property into the ground floor entrance hall where there is a washing machine and fridge/freezer, with ample room for boots and coats. There is also an outside tap which is ideal for wiping the paws of your four legged friends before taking the staircase up to the second floor to a spacious landing area, this leads to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with sofa bed, feature fireplace, exposed beams and views of Bideford Town. The well fitted kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and a Tassimo coffee machine. A good size dining table and chairs sits overlooking the rooftops towards Bideford. Heading back through to the landing area you will find the two bedrooms, a king-size room with TV and en-suite wet room with shower and WC, and a Twin room with Smart TV. The wet room with shower and WC completes the accommodation.

Outside, there is a garden area with garden furniture, where dogs must be kept on the lead. There is ample off-road parking.
