The Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site spanning 95 miles of the coastline is within easy reach. Long pebble beaches are within walking distance, or just a short drive will take you to the popular beaches of Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Lyme Regis with its fossil hunting. There are excellent pubs and restaurants within the town and Sidmouth plays host to popular festivals all year round. Local attractions include Crealy Great Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, The Caves at Beer, the ever popular Donkey Sanctuary and many coastal and river walks.

Approach this delightful single-storey, unique property by way of a gravel path and enter into the hall, the perfect place for all your holiday kit from your sun hats and sandals to your wellingtons and walking boots. From here doors lead off to the lounge/kitchen/diner and the bedrooms, bathroom and utility room. The kitchen and dining area together with the lounge forms the central hub of this property. The lounge area with TV and French doors that lead to the garden is the perfect place to relax after a day’s adventures. The kitchen area which is just perfect for your holiday home cooking requirements comprises of electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with the dining area seating six it's the ideal place for your holiday meals or to plan your days adventures. Heading back into the hallway we have a utility room with washing machine and sink. The bedrooms, both very spacious, consist of the master room which is a king-size with the added advantage of a king-size sofa bed for the occasional extra guests and bedroom two is also a king-size. Completing the accommodation and complimenting the contemporary feel running throughout is the bathroom with a large bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside there is a patio area with furniture and a charcoal BBQ so why not enjoy some al fresco dining during your stay. A delightful wooden hut provides shelter from the sun and a comfortable seating area for family games and meals.

There is also off-road parking available for two cars.
