About Coastal Bliss - Beachfront Balconies

This apartment is ideally located for beach lovers, as it is just a ten-minute walk from the wide sandy beach at Westward Ho! The town is a typical English seaside resort town, with cafes, shops selling beach equipment, amusement arcades and pubs. Just a five-minute drive away is the attractive village of Appledore, with its picturesque fishing harbour and from where visitors can enjoy boat trips across the estuary to the seaside village of Instow.

This second-floor apartment is spacious and contemporarily styled. The main living space is the light-filled lounge/diner, which not only has comfortable seating allowing guests to enjoy the TV, DVD, hi-fi and selection of books, but also has access out onto a lovely sea-view balcony, which adds something really special to this room. The kitchen also enjoys sea views and is well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The apartment has two bedrooms, the first of which is a large attractive double, with its own balcony and en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin room, whilst the main bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from a balcony which leads off from the lounge area and has a seating area, which is perfect for enjoying the sea views, as well as the second balcony from the master bedroom. There is off-road parking for one car and a lift takes guests from the parking area to the apartment.
