This property enjoys a remarkable location, perfectly situated overlooking the beach of Westward Ho! with its two mile stretch of sand, which makes it a popular destination for families, beach-lovers and water sports enthusiasts. To one side of the beach Northam Burrows Country Park is a haven for marine wildlife and offers a shady break from the beach amongst the sand dunes. For those who want to explore a bit further afield there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, the historic harbour town of Bideford and the pretty fishing village of Appledore.

On arrival take a moment to admire the spectacular views on offer of Westward Ho! beach. The property is accessed via the rear conservatory door which leads into the light and airy kitchen/breakfast room. Which is truly the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Next door is the utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate shower room with shower and WC. Following on through the property you will enter the fabulous lounge area which offers a large window allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV or just enjoy the beautiful sea views. The dining room offers a table with seating for up to four guests. After a long day of exploring, head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious double room which boasts remarkable sea views and a light and airy twin room. Venture outside where you will find an enclosed patio area, with garden furniture, spectacular sea views and an outside shower which is perfect to wash yourself down after your visit to the beach then hang up your wet suits on the rack which is also on offer.
