About Coastal Charm - Seaside Sanctuary

The popular seaside town of Westward Ho! offers family entertainment, a golf course, access to the South West Coast Path and there are also some lovely walks across the Burrows. Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the sandy beach, it’s two-miles long so there’s space for everyone, or why not try your hand at surfing. The fishing village of Appledore is a short drive with its pretty quayside, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and galleries. Nearby are a wealth of famous beaches and attractions that include Instow, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, the cobbled streets of Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, Lundy Island and many more.

Enter through a gated entrance and along a path to the front door of this reverse level property, forming part of an Old Chapel which has been sensitively split into three cottages. Step into the hall which is a perfect place for storing sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here head up the stairs to the light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and glimpses of the sea and to Lundy Island from the top windows. Relax on the comfy sofa or snuggle up in the armchair while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The stylish kitchen is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites and is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Back down the stairs to the hall you will find the two bedrooms, a double with glimpses of the sea and a Smart TV and a twin bedroom. Completing the property is the bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside you will find an allocated off-road parking space for one car which is a definite plus for this popular seaside town. To the front of the property there is a very small seating area with a raised decked area, glimpses of the sea and seating, accessed via a shared gravelled path that runs around the property.
