Located in a convenient spot a short stroll from the burrows and sandy beach of Westward Ho!, you will be well placed to sunbathe and surf like a local. This seaside village boasts a range of cafes, shops and restaurants plus many leisure facilities including tennis courts, horse riding and a golf course. Head out on foot and join the wonderful Southwest Coast Path, taking in the stunning ocean views as you walk. The pretty fishing villages of Appledore (2 miles) and Clovelly (13 miles) are well worth a visit and offer quintessential coastal charm with cobbled streets and sheltered harbours. This property is conveniently located in a residential area off the road that leads to Westward Ho's! seafront.

Stepping inside you will see a welcoming holiday home where close attention to detail will result in a fabulous seaside getaway. The spacious lounge/diner is bright and features comfy seating and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table to seat four. The contemporary kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The two bedrooms consist of a double room with ample storage and a small double with a single bunk above. The shower room completes the accommodation and has a shower and WC.

Head outside into the enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy an alfresco meal or drink in the sunshine at the picnic bench.A small shed allows bodyboards and buggies to be stored. There is off-road parking for two cars.
