This holiday escape sits in the heart of the Dorset countryside surrounded by peaceful farmland and with the coastline nearby. Go walking along the South West Coast Path and discover Lulworth Cove Man O War Cove and Ringstead Bay all beaches with 4 miles. Pull on your hiking shoes and climb one of the highest hills along the south coast Chaldon Hill. When you re done head to your local pub for a hearty meal out just down the road from this cottage. To venture further afield head over to the ancient Roman town of Dorchester 10 miles away. Family attractions around the town include the Courthouse Museum Kingston Maurward Animal Park and the Dorset Teddy Bear Museum. A side door and steps give access to this lovely end-of-terrace cottage. Once inside you will find a handy utility room with a washing machine and microwave a shower room with WC and a step up into the kitchen. This industrial-style space has been cleverly designed to make use of natural materials and is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is space to dine in an adjacent sunroom overlooking the garden and a study/reading nook at one end of the room. To the front of the cottage is the lounge which has a Smart TV and a wood burner for cosy nights together. A door opens onto cottage-style stairs that lead to the first floor. There are three bedrooms to choose from; two king-size one has access to a charming roof terrace ideal for enjoying your morning coffee and there is one double room where the bed is set against the wall. The bedrooms share the bathroom which has a bath separate shower and WC. Head into the garden either from the sunroom or the kitchen where you will find an enclosed garden benefitting from a covered patio area with furniture and a lawn which overlooks the neighbourhood vegetable patch on one side. There is an off-road parking space beside the cottage and a further off-road space approx. 15 metres from the property.
