The ever-popular Corfe Castle is home to the much-photographed castle ruins which are in the care of the National Trust. Within the village centre there is a great range of local amenities including pubs independent shops a grocery store and a bakery. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside including Corfe Castle Common which is criss-crossed with miles of footpaths through spectacular scenery. A steam railway line runs from Corfe Castle to Swanage (4 miles) and is a great way to visit this seaside town which boasts traditional amusements and a sandy beach. Other popular destinations are Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door both with in a 13.5-mile radius. Also easily accessible is Arne nature reserve (4 miles) The Tank Museum (9 miles) Studland (5 miles) and Monkey World (8 miles). A sloping path gives access into this single-story property.
