This family detached house, set in its own large garden and situated on the slopes of Nine Barrow Down, is the perfect retreat if you are looking to relax and unwind. Swanage town centre and beach are a 10-minute drive as is the extremely picturesque village of Corfe Castle. At either Swanage or Corfe Castle, you can catch the Swanage Steam Railway - a beautiful heritage steam line cutting through the pretty countryside.

Further afield, take a visit to The Blue Pool, Bovington Tank Museum or Poole Harbour.

Fuel the house is all-electric with heating and hot water provided by an air source heat pump. Heating is via water-filled radiators in most rooms controlled by a thermostat in the Hall. The Kitchen and Garden Room have under-floor heating controlled by separate thermostats in each of these two rooms. A large hot water tank provides copious amounts of hot water.
