Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent (Please see note below). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Enclosed first-floor garden with decked area, furniture and barbecue. The parking is on the road alongside the property (park road). There are always spaces but occasionally you have to park slightly up from the property. You can park outside to unload . Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Convenience store below apartment, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.05 miles. Note: The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people. Please note: A fixed amount of fuel and power is included £75pw is prepaid 1 October to 31 March and £30pw 1 April - 30 September. Additional fuel and power can be purchased in the convenience store below if required
