Some of Dorset s best loved attractions are within 10 miles including Lulworth Cove Durdle Door Corfe Castle the riverside town of Wareham the Tank Museum and Monkey World. Walkers and outdoor enthusiasts can explore a section of the South West Coast Path head to Swanage and visit Durlston Country Park or simply relax on the sandy beach. Nature reserves at Arne and Studland are filled with flora and fauna or visit one of the museums in the county town of Dorchester where you can learn about this area s rich history. This property is set within a small development and is accessed via the main entrance at the front. The Jurassic Coast offers fabulous walks and beautiful beaches such as Studland Bay the traditional seaside towns of Swanage (15 miles) and Weymouth (13 miles) and the striking shingle ridge of Chesil Beach (19 miles). Visit RSPB Arne (10 miles) and the historic walled town of Wareham (6.5 miles) or take the steam train between Swanage and Corfe Castle. Book a day chalk stream fishing at the East Burton Estate or coarse fishing at Wareham. In the nearby village of Wool (1.5 miles) you will find a good selection of amenities including a bakery convenience stores post office chemist and three pubs. Take a break from driving and explore Dorchester Weymouth or Poole and Bournemouth via train at Wool Mainline Station a 20 minute (level) walk from the property.
