Located in the heart of East Sussex in the village of Sedlescombe, this stunning property is within easy reach of the village, where the local post office and store, pubs and cafes are situated. The Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard is nearby where you can take a leisurely self-guided tour through the vineyard and woodland nature trail before sampling the wines. Hastings and the rest of the Sussex coastline are only a short drive away, where you can find sandy and pebbled beaches and bustling seaside towns and villages.Stepping into this beautifully decorated property you’ll find yourself in the hallway which leads to the spacious kitchen/diner, a fantastic space for those family meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric double oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so cook up a storm and dine at the large dining table, big enough for everyone. Heading into the lounge with plenty of comfy seating, why not enjoy a family film on the Smart TV. Just off the lounge is a fully air-conditioned conservatory for you to sit and enjoy the sunshine with doors leading out to the large garden. There is also a handy separate WC. The property has four bedrooms all located on the ground floor. Three king-size bedrooms all with TV’s and en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC, and also a king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a TV.
Venture outside into the large enclosed garden. Guests can make use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (April-October), while next to the pool is a decked area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, perfect for those summer evenings. Take a seat with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful countryside views. There is private parking for five cars.
