Located outside the hamlet of Stonegate, within two miles of nearby shops and pubs. Bewl Water is only a few miles away, which is a beautiful spot for walking, cycling and even water sports. If you’re looking for shopping and dining facilities, head to nearby Tunbridge Wells, where the famous Pantiles district is well worth a visit or for keen gardeners Pashley Manor Gardens, Great Dixter House and Gardens, and King Johns Nursery are just a short drive away.Enter the cottage into a small porch where there is space to leave your boots and coats before continuing through to the lounge. With a large sofa, wood burner and Smart TV with Sky this is the perfect place to curl up in front of a roaring fire on a chilly evening. The spacious and inviting kitchen/diner offers spectacular views across the countryside and is the perfect place to while away the afternoon with a good book. Enjoy family dining in the dining room which can cater for six people and the well-equipped kitchen offers electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage offers a choice of three bedrooms, a king size with an en-suite shower and WC, a double and a twin bedroom. The large and impressive bathroom has a bath, a separate walk-in shower and WC.
French doors from the dining room open out onto a large patio with fantastic views of the pretty garden and rolling countryside beyond. There is a large covered pond by the rockery. The terrace is the perfect spot for a summer BBQ overlooking the woods and fields. Keen tennis players have use of the tennis court (except for Friday mornings and the middle Sunday during Wimbledon)
