Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge and dishwasher (washing machine and dryer, as well as the freezer are located in the bathroom cupboard). Dining table to seat . Seating area with sofa and chairs, fireplace, Smart TV, WiFi and Bose Sound Link Bluetooth speaker. Second lounge with with Smart TV, DVD player (and a selection of dvd's), sofa and chairs. Bed linen and towels provided. High chair and cot available on request. One well-behaved dog welcome (charged at £25.00). On street, unrestricted parking.

Please note the property has one flight of very steep stairs up from the first floor to the bedrooms on the second floor.

Guests need to be aware that this is an old property and has many character features and that both bedroom doors open directly onto the steep stairs.
