It has the added luxury of a hot tub and is within 6 minutes walk to the local beach. Hayling is renowned for its sailing and many other water sports and has miles of coastal paths, perfect for keen walkers and cyclists. Nature lovers will enjoy the island's diverse wildlife, including the Hayling Seals that frequent Langstone Harbour. Locally there are a myriad of seaside cafes, traditional fish and chip shops, and welcoming pubs with tasty food. Visit nearby Chichester (8 miles), Goodwood famed for The Festival of Speed and The Revival (12 miles) as well as nearby Portsmouth (6 miles) where you can enjoy shopping at Gunwharf Quays and explore the Historic Dockyard and Spinnaker Tower. Step into the bright open-plan interior which has been tastefully styled with two comfortable armchairs, one a recliner and the other with a matching footstool. There is a flame-effect electric fire and radiator for colder days, and a Smart TV which can be viewed from either your armchair or the comfort of the bed. There is a fully equipped small kitchen area with everything in place to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner, with lap trays for dining. When it’s time for bed, simply pull the bed down which comes with its own reading lights and USB charging points. Completing the inside is a spacious wet room. French doors open fully into the courtyard. Sip your morning coffee outside on the private patio which is south facing and enjoy the bubbling hot tub from April to the end of October. Robes are provided for snuggling up in after a hot tub soak. There are also sun loungers and a bistro table and chairs.
