There is also a family bathroom and a ground floor cloak room, as well as an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden to the front and roadside parking on a private unmade road. The property is close to a multitude of beaches, including a year-round dog-friendly stretch and there are many restaurants and cafes within also close by.
