Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 20 yards away, at a cost of £40 for 7 days (which allows parking in council car parks throughout the island, see iwight.com). Decking and patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the decking down into the garden and care should be taken. At the end of the patio is a drop; care should be taken and children should be supervised. This patio area is gated.
