For those looking to venture slightly further afield the stunning gardens of Hole Park (2.5miles) Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens (4.5miles) and Scotney Castle (11.9 miles) are within a short drive as are two award-winning vineyards that offer some of the finest English wines available. The Kent and East Sussex coastline is also not far away (Rye - 15 miles Hastings - 19 5 miles) making this the perfect base for exploring this spectacular pocket of the South East. Head up the set of external stairs and into the welcoming kitchen/diner where you are greeted with a light and airy space. The kitchen is very well equipped everything you need for whipping up a delicious meal including an electric oven and hob Nespresso coffee machine microwave fridge and dishwasher. Sit down to dine at the large dining table with seating for six. Heading through to the welcoming lounge you will find a large comfortable sofa for relaxing on and watching the Smart TV with DVD player. The double bedroom is located just off the lounge and offers a relaxed calming décor and sumptuous double bed. Completing the property is an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. The sofa in the sitting room turns into a very comfortable double sofa bed for additional guests (please note that the bathroom is accessible via the bedroom). Below the apartment accessible from the patio area is a large utility room equipped with a washer/dryer freezer and double sink. It is an ideal storage area for any bicycles or other larger items requiring dry storage. Outside the apartment is a patio and secluded garden area with a table and chairs sun umbrella chiminea and charcoal BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals. Private parking is available for two cars. Pets are most welcome but need to be kept on a lead within the grounds to ensure the safety of the many animals and birds gracing the property. Children are very welcome but need to be supervised by an adult whilst walking around the property as there are two deep unfenced ponds within the property. Need to know: Sleeps 2 adults. 1 bedroom 1 double double sofa bed in lounge (please note that access to the bathroom is via the bedroom). 1 shower room with WC (en suite from bedroom). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. Utility room with washer/dryer, freezer and sink. Travel cot available on request. Smart TV with DVD in the lounge. Private parking for 2 cars. Secluded garden area with patio table and chairs. Charcoal BBQ and chiminea. Shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance. Bike storage available. Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst in the garden, due to other animals on site.
