The modern bathroom is on the ground floor and is tiled and has a bath with shower over and a hand-held attachment, washbasin, and WC.

Outside, there is a decked area with planted boarders with a colourful dining set and a sunshade. There is a right of way access from the back gate across the rear of the cottage to a separate apartment above the property.
