You ll also be just 11 miles from historic Lincoln city centre which offers a castle a cathedral and the famous Steep Hill with its many independent shops and eateries to enjoy. The National Trust s 17th-century Belton House is 18 miles away and features 1 300 acres of gardens and parkland whilst Woodhall Spa National Golf Centre is 14 miles away and offers two highly rated courses. Sleaford is 7 miles away while Newark and Grantham are around 20 miles distant. The barn forms part of a quadrangle courtyard sitting within the owners small holding with an abundance of wildlife on your doorstep. Step into this stone-built single-storey barn conversion and wander through to the beautiful lounge/diner with vaulted ceilings exposed beams and beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard. Unwind on the comfortable seating in front of the TV/DVD at the end of a busy day. The stylish kitchen area offers everything you need to rustle up a meal during your stay with a table and chairs seating four. There are two beautiful bedrooms each complemented with stylish wooden furniture and soft furnishings including 100% cotton bedding. Enjoy a shower or a long soak in the bath to relax just don t forget your bubble bath! Outside there is a rear courtyard with seating surrounded by mature planting for privacy yet with views over the surrounding gardens.
