Little Owl Barn is named after the Little Owls that nest in the trees right outside the barn. If you want to “escape to the country” this house is for you. Owned by Russell and Olivia this used to be their family home before they moved to another barn on the farm. Little Owl Barn has been sympathetically renovated with open brick walls and A framed open beamed ceilings giving a great sense of space. Perfect for a family holiday, getting back to nature on a farm with sheep and wild flower meadows right outside your door. The barn is extremely spacious and definitely makes you smile when you walk in! The sitting room has comfortable sofas and a woodburner for chilly nights. The kitchen is contemporary and very well equipped so you can enjoy cooking your fresh free range eggs from the farm for your breakfast. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with large ensuite, whilst the second bedroom is a twin with an extra single tucked away in the corner. Outside there are two spaces to sit both sheltered and sunny. A courtyard garden off the kitchen with seating and the star of the show the rear garden overlooking the inspiring open country side, the wild flower meadow and the sheep. And of course the owls! Aylsham is a traditional market town nestled quietly in the Norfolk countryside with easy access to the famous Norfolk Broads, the beautiful North Norfolk coast and the historic city of Norwich. There are plenty of lovely shops, pubs and tea rooms to enjoy as well as the famous market place which holds two weekly markets on Mondays and Fridays and a monthly farmers market. You can hop on the Bure Valley Railway which is a great day out for the family or if you are a keen walker,  you can head straight onto The Weavers Way from the town. Aylsham is a great case to explore the beautiful Norfolk surroundings.
