The adjacent dining area looks out to the garden and fields beyond, and has sliding doors to open and bring the warmth and outside in. Next door to the kitchen is a handy utility with a side door to the outer courtyard. The sitting room has a very relaxing, comfortable vibe and encourages after dinner conversation and settling down to watch a film, with the option to light the wood burning stove to really enjoy a cosy 'night-in' during cooler months, and sliding doors to open in warmer ones. There's a separate study/snug next door; ideal for anyone in the party needing a quiet space to read or work. Walking up to the first floor, taking in the hand crafted spindle oak staircase as you go, are three sumptuous bedrooms (master super-king, a second super-king with zip and link option and a twin bedded room) and three very smart bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Alternatively you can take a coffee and a seat on a comfy chair and enjoy the distant view across the lawn to the fields at the other side of the barn.
