Tingle’s End is no ordinary holiday cottage, it belongs to Christine and Charles and is their much loved family home. They now live in France and want to let others enjoy their elegant home. It is a true home from home with everything you could possibly want in a home, and more. It is rather like going to stay at the house of a beloved friend, rather than a sterile holiday house. This we know will appeal to many of our guests, who like their creature comforts! The house sleeps 4 and is all on one level. It is elegant and extremely spacious, with a pretty garden to the rear. It is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac right in the centre of Dersingham which is just a two minute drive to HM The King’s residence at Sandringham and a short drive to the coast and the historic town of King’s Lynn. So you really are right in the middle of everything. To be honest, you wouldn’t even know the house was there until you drove right up to it, it is so tucked away and private. The sitting room is bright and sunny and beautifully furnished and styled. The sofas are comfortable and there are cosy throws just in case you want to snuggle up. Musicians are catered for with a piano and music supplied. The room is triple aspect so the sun just pours in all day. In the hallway is a dining table perfect for a more formal evening. To one side is a snug with the best filled bookshelf I have ever seen. A fantastic room to escape to to read, or let the children watch the TV. The kitchen is equipped for a home, not a holiday home, so you really do have everything. Down the corridor are two bright bedrooms, the biggest having a king sized bed and a super en suite bathroom and sliding doors to the gardens. The second bedroom is a double and also has an ensuite ‘Jack and Jill’ style shower room. Outside is a pretty enclosed and very private garden. The driveway has ample parking for two cars.
