With space and style in abundance Field Corner offers a quiet haven to retreat to after a busy day exploring the coast. One of the best features of this barn is undoubtedly the large rooms with the feature windows and french doors in the kitchen/ dining room, separate sitting room and two of the bedrooms which all boast far-reaching views over the garden to rolling fields beyond. The fully-enclosed garden, with its sunny terrace, is perfect for alfresco breakfast or lunch. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for sunbathing in the afternoon and ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening while watching the children (or adults alike!) enjoying a game of table tennis on the table provided, whilst you watch the sun go down.

With three large and stylishly decorated bedrooms, the master which is en-suite and two with twin beds and with Juliette balconies and an additional family bathroom, this beautiful bolthole has comfortable beds and luxurious linens, assuring you of a good night's sleep.

Situated in a peaceful and exclusive development in the heart of the village of Docking, this gorgeous hideaway is just a short stroll from the local pub, fish and chip shop and excellent, late-opening grocery shop which sells newspapers, bread and breakfast pastries and any number of things! So no excuse not to enjoy a hearty breakfast before you head off for the day or to pack a picnic for the beach.

Nearby villages include Brancaster, Burnham Market, Thornham and Holme-next-the-Sea, all of which are within a four to seven mile drive of Field Corner.

All duvets are synthetic, half of the pillows are feathers, half are synthetic.

Table tennis table, seating and table for eight people available April-October.

Stair gates are available for the top and bottom of the stairs on request. Please note: Care should be taken with the top gate as when fitted and fully open, it partially obstructs the landing.

In bedrooms three and four and the family bathroom, the feature beams are in a slightly awkward position, so please mind your head.
