With Sea Haven Cottage being an ‘upside down’ property, you'll find a welcoming and generous living area on the first floor that seamlessly combines the dining room, sitting room and kitchen. The open layout creates a social space where you can gather with family and friends. Whether you're cooking up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoying a hearty dinner at the dining table, or unwinding on the comfortable sofas in the sitting room, every moment spent here is sure to be enjoyable. For those seeking some downtime or entertainment, the adjacent snug comes equipped with a Nintendo Wii, Smart television and board games. Perfect as a breakout room for the children, or simply finding a quiet spot to relax.

On the ground floor, you will find three beautifully prepared bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms, each having been fitted with black out blinds and fine white linens to ensure a good night’s rest. Variously offering a super-king, king-size and single beds, most groups should be well-catered for.

Step outside into the enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property and you will find a true sun trap that is a haven for relaxation. A gas barbecue waits, ready for sizzling summer feasts, as well as outdoor furniture where you can bask in the sunshine, dine al fresco, or sip a refreshing drink after a day of exploration. Sea Haven Cottage ensures that you have the convenience of off-road parking, offering peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is securely parked during your stay. Additionally, a nearby green area with seating provides a lovely spot to enjoy the tranquil surroundings and views of the adjacent fields.

Please note: Works on the development are ongoing. A select few properties on the development are being worked on internally, therefore this will have minimal impact on your stay. The price of the property has been reduced to reflect this.

The property is an upside down configuration with the bedrooms located on the ground floor and the lounge, snug, and kitchen located upstairs. The stairs are fairly wide but the property may not be suitable for those guests who use wheelchairs or have mobility issues.

There is parking for two cars on the driveway to the side of the house. Additional parking is available in other areas on the estate.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).

Travel cot and high chair available on prior request - please bring your own cot linens.

Hypoallergenic, synthetic bedding provided.

The coffee machine takes Nespresso Vertuo pods.
