As you enter this beautifully presented cottage originally accommodation for two workers for the Lord Hastings Estate you will notice many original features which have been fused with a contemporary twist. The ground floor has a gorgeous lounge area complete with a wood burner and Smart TV perfect for cosy nights in. The lounge leads off to the well-equipped kitchen which will provides the designated chef all they need to lovingly prepare anything from a light snack to a hearty evening meal. When it s time to serve up the room has a dining table and enough seating for all guests. Completing the ground floor layout is a shower room with WC. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed bedroom two is a twin with a TV and bedroom three is a single room. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and all share a family bathroom. Outside there is a lawn and patio area with a purpose-built gazebo that houses a table and chairs perfect for anyone who enjoys outdoor drinks and of course dining al-fresco style. You also have a games room with a pool table and a dart board ideal to spend some competitive time with friends or family if the weather isn t on your side. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 twin, and 1 single. 2 bathrooms 1 shower room with WC (ground floor), 1 bathroom with corner bath, hand held shower and WC.
