Sitting on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Great Snoring, Owl Cottage is a rural delight. Only a short drive away from the historical village of Great Walsingham which then leads to the coast at Wells-next-the-Sea, you are perfectly placed to enjoy a peaceful getaway with all the magic of inland and coastal North Norfolk at your fingertips. Entering the cottage via a side door, you arrive in a small entrance lobby; handy for removing wet coats and muddy boots. Take a turn left through the barn door and enter the light filled A-frame extension housing a smart new kitchen, with a full range of modern appliances, and adjoining garden room, both overlooking the south facing rear garden. From here walk through to the original cottage and a splendid beamed dining room with its original inglenook fireplace with a large wood burning stove and cosy, comfortable sitting room with sink-into sofas and a feature stone wall. Steep cottage stairs lead up to the first floor and two bedrooms - one double and one twin - both with their own private en-suite facilities which have underfloor heating. Outside the cottage has a sunny, fully enclosed garden where children and dogs can roam freely, and safely, which is mostly laid to lawn. Two patio areas, one immediately outside the cottage, and a smaller one to the side of the lawn, allow you to catch sun and shade around the day.

Owl Cottage is ideal for a couple, or two, as well as a small family who enjoy both staying put and getting out and about. This area North Norfolk has endless walks and pretty villages to explore, galleries full of local arts and crafts to visit and, of course, the glorious coastline with long sandy beaches, and marshes teeming with bird life.
