As you enter this charming and stylish Carrstone brick property via the back door which is accessed via the gate next to the garage and parking space you arrive in the kitchen/dining area and immediately get a real home away from home feel. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing a light snack or hearty meal with its electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. You have a more informal area to sit and enjoy some food or drinks at the kitchen island which has two bar stools or perhaps for a more social spot for dinner with loved ones you have the dining table which can seat up to six guests. Heading through to the lounge you have a comfortable three-seater sofa and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV - perfect for catching up on your favourite show by the open gas fire. To complete the accommodation downstairs there is a WC in the hallway. Heading upstairs leads you to a double room with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC a second double room and a twin bunk room which both share a bathroom with a handheld shower in the bath and WC. All bedrooms have enough storage space for your clothes and personal items. The outside enclosed garden and patio area complete with seating is enclosed and offers a lovely spot to sip on some refreshing drinks at the end of a busy day exploring North Norfolk.
