Sybil Cottage is a contemporary semi-detached cottage situated a short walk to Holme beach. The house has a magical garden of almost an acre with lawned areas and a 'secret wood'.This extended stylish Norfolk cottage is in a great location, on a quiet back lane, just a short walk away from Holme beach which is a large expansive sandy beach that rarely gets really busy. There are also nature reserves, a pub and the coast path all very close by.
Sleeping eight, Sybil Cottage is ideal for multi-generations families, couples or groups of friends looking for an escape to the coast. The accommodation is modern and comfortable and includes a wonderful master suite with a luxurious free-standing bath with a balcony and garden views, and three further bedrooms, one of which is downstairs. There is also a bathroom downstairs making this suitable for guests with limited mobility. The kitchen is well-equipped and you will find everything you need and more to rustle up great meals with the extensive local produce, or just nip along the lane to the pub - easy.
The delightful garden is a major attraction to this property, extending to almost an acre, and including two lawned areas, with formal hedging and one with a summerhouse making it simply perfect for children to really let their imaginations run wild.
