For a coastal escape somewhere quite special, let us introduce you The Beach House. A contemporary and stylish single-storey detached property located just moments away from the sandy beach at Holme-next-the-Sea. Please be aware that The Beach House is an adult only property.The Beach House is a fabulous choice for those seeking a holiday right by the sea and is perfect in all seasons too, being that the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve is in easy walking distance, and the RSPB bird reserve is only a short drive away at Titchwell.
Sleeping four in two bedrooms on one level, this great getaway is an ideal couples retreat or equally perfect for two couples. And your dog is more than welcome to join you !
Step inside to discover a stylish open plan living space, decorated in calming coastal tones with a stunning wood burning stove. The kitchen has everything you might need for rustling up breakfast, or preparing a delicious supper and there's a dining-table and chairs, ideal for sociable meals. The L-shaped sofa is the perfect spot for relaxing on an evening following a day exploring the North Norfolk coast.
Both bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a super-king bed and there is also an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has a king-size bed and is served by a stylish family bathroom, ideal for a long soak after a day of adventures.
When the days are warmer and long, the outside space comes into its own. There is a fully-enclosed garden with patio and outside dining table and chairs - an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, evening drinks or simply a peaceful hour or two sunbathing.
The location of The Beach House is what it makes it so special. Just moments away from the sandy beach of Holme-next-the-Sea and a short drive, or slightly longer walk to the famous Links Golf Course at Old Hunstanton, this single-storey house has everything close by. Head to neighbouring Hunstanton where you can try out the water sports such as kayaking or paddleboarding. Or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon sitting in the sunshine with a good book. There's lots of eateries to choose from close by, the village pub serves good food and is in walking distance of the bungalow and there are fabulous restaurants offering fresh, local seafood and welcoming pubs in Old Hunstanton or Thornham a five-minute drive away.
