Holme-next-the-Sea is one of the coasts hidden gems. Having a beach that is slightly less accessible to cars means guests staying in Holme are afforded far more access to this special location than is usually the case. Similar in character to Brancaster, a trip to the beach will give you expansive, sandy beaches, backed by dunes that merge into the nearby saltmarshes. Often you can see seals on this stretch of beach and the adjacent Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve offers a sanctuary to many species that are dependant upon these special habitats.

Within a five minute walk, you also have The White Horse where you can enjoy pub fayre in either the pretty garden, or in the traditional public house. Further afield the to East and West, you will find the options for dining out are numerous and you will always be well-catered for, whatever your preference.
