Pear Tree Cottage is a beautifully presented period cottage set right in the heart of the quiet coastal village of Holme-next-the-Sea and is in easy walking distance to the sandy beach and Old Hunstanton Golf Club.

This delightful flint character cottage is perfect for a break any time of year. In the warmer months children and dogs can enjoy the large south-facing garden and there is also a small sunny terrace to the rear of the cottage where you can enjoy drinks and meals. When the nights draw in, snuggle down and warm your toes in front of the wood burning stove in the cosy sitting room.

With a spacious double bedroom on the first floor, and a well-equipped kitchen, this charming cottage is perfect for a couple wanting to be in a good spot close to the village pub, which incidentally serves good home-cooked food and ales.

With the beach and plenty of paths, tracks and quiet country lanes on your doorstep, Pear Tree is a great base for exploring the area. A longer walk or few minutes in the car takes you to the village of Thornham with its gastro pubs, popular delicatessen and cafe, and Drove Orchards with its farm shop, Eric's award-winning fish and chip restaurant, Gurney's fish stall and independent boutiques. Nearby Hunstanton also offers a wealth of other attractions and facilities.

One well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Two small dogs may be considered - please enquire.

Bedding on the double bed is feather.

Please note: Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are carpeted with a hand rail on one side only.

Please note that Pear Tree Cottage does not have any car charging facilities.

There is a shed where you can store up to four bikes, bring padlock if you would like them secured.
