About Cedar House
Cedar House is a modern, light and airy cedar clad property, perfectly positioned to enjoy the many amenities of Holt - North Norfolk's renowned Georgian gem - and it is super stylish and super spacious.Set over two floors, with a ground floor space which flows from the entrance hall around the well-equipped kitchen (with a Rangemaster double oven and Nespresso coffee machine) and on to the open-plan dining and sitting room family area, you actually have a choice of two sitting rooms in which to relax! From the fabulous family room, with high ceilings and Velux skylights, there are bi-fold doors accessing a beautiful, fully enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and a large, comfortable outdoor sofa. Also, just off the family room is a utility room with table football and plenty of storage for bringing your own bicycles and sports equipment. There are four gorgeous bedrooms; one ground floor with a king-size bed and with a shower room next door (ideal for grandparents or less mobile guests) and with double doors leading on to the enclosed garden. There is another king-size bedroom on the ground floor, plus two on the first floor - the master has a super-king bed with an en-suite shower and desk, offering a home working option, and there is a twin room (with 3ft single beds) with the family bathroom with bath and shower over next door. There is also parking for two/ three cars in the driveway, plus on-street parking too in a quiet residential area, which is a real plus point in Holt.
Cedar House is a wonderful detached holiday property and will suit a large family, a multigenerational family or a group of friends for a short or longer break at any time of the year. In Holt, you are spoilt for choice for shopping and eating as there are many independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and stores selling local produce, plus art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques and gift shops galore.
