Sitting in lovely gardens in the quiet village of Horningtoft and with a variety of attractions all within a short drive for day trips there is no shortage of places to go and things to see. Also the wood burner effect electric fire creates a cosy atmosphere on those cooler nights. The contemporary kitchen/diner is well-equipped with everything needed to rustle up a gourmet meal. There is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher and the dining area is perfect for guests celebrating any occasion with contemporary lighting. The utility room provides a washing machine, and a tumble dryer a great place to dry muddy paws, and also access to the games room where children and adults alike can indulge their competitive nature with pool table, darts and assortment of games, perfect for those rainy days. There is a small table top freezer in the games room. A cloakroom comprising of WC and wash hand basin. The property has three bedrooms, the first being a king size bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), while the third is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request).
