The peaceful village of Yaxham is located near the very heart of Norfolk with easy access to explore the whole county including neighbouring villages such as Mattishall (2 miles). Just 4 miles north takes you to the small market town of Dereham which dates back to the Neolithic Bronze Age era. For wonderful family days out head to Melsop Park Farm (10 miles) Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure (12 miles) and Pensthorpe National Park (14 miles). The coast is also within easy reach with Cromer (30 miles) full of traditional seaside fun Amazona Zoo and the Pavilion Theatre on the pier. The ground floor family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC is located off the entrance hall and next to the stairs. Upstairs you have a master bedroom with a standard double bed bedroom two has a small double bed and bedroom three is a single room there is also a WC on the first floor. Outside you have a splendid courtyard area with garden furniture and a truly beautiful garden to explore with unspoiled views across the open fields where the owners have positioned some seating for you to enjoy some breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and perhaps a spot of al fresco dining.
