Once you walk in, the property feels serene and calm, well away from the bustle of the town yet only a few minutes from the sea front and main amenities. The property is furnished with a mixture of vintage, modern and antique furniture, with some original artworks on the walls. Converted from an old coach house, the ceilings are high and the rooms of a good proportion. The sitting room is off the spacious kitchen dining room and is comfortable, with a great selection of books and games to while away the evenings. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and a sociable place to be, great for family meals. French doors open onto a deck area that overlooks the gardens. This gets the evening sun and is perfect for that glass of wine after the beach! Downstairs you have a shower room and WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a king sized bed, plenty of storage and a futon which could be used for an extra child if needed. Off this bedroom is a good sized en suite bathroom with corner bath, basin and WC. You can see the sea from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. Outside is a real surprise. The Coach House has the prettiest secret garden, landscaped in a Mediterranean style with beautiful planting.
